This mBot Add-On Pack-Six-legged Robot add-on pack can be used to replace mBot’s wheels with aluminum beam legs, and thus changing the look of the robot!

Offering a playful way to understand the beam system, robotic structural and motion design, you are invited to reimagine your mBot into a “Beetle”, “Mantis” or “Crazy Frog”! This add on includes 5 types of beams in professional grade aluminum alloy. The structure can be altered in the following ways: 

• Beetle: equip the wheels with aluminum beams, mBot is transformed into a Beetle walking on its 6 legs.
• Mantis: mechanically connecting 2 front legs to the wheels of your mBot, it becomes a Mantis.
• Crazy Frog: replacing the original wheels by 4 legs, your robot mimics how a frog is dashing across the road.
