Will I receive an order confirmation?
Email order confirmations are sent automatically if ordered online. Orders placed by phone or email will not be sent automatically but can be set up on request.
Can I change my order?
Yes, orders can be changed. Please contact one of our sales team to help you with the change.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices quoted are excluding VAT.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is £25 excluding postage stamps and VAT.

Can you supply personalised products?
Yes, we can provide a wide range of personalised products including, but not exclusively: workwear/clothing, stamps, labels, business cards, letterheads, brochures, pens, mugs and more. Contact a member of the sales team for more information. These products are not visible online.
Will I lose the warranty for my printer if I use compatible cartridges or toners instead of the original?
You will not lose the warranty for your printer if you use compatible cartridges or toners. The law prohibits manufacturers from voiding their warranty obligations on the grounds that a consumer did not use the original manufacturer's replacement cartridges.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Contact one of our sales team who will be able to assist with the return. Some specific product ranges are non-returnable—please contact us for details.
Can I return empty cartridges and toners for recycling?
Yes, empty ink cartridges and toners can be returned free of charge for recycling—but only if purchased from Rapide. We cannot collect cartridges or toners bought elsewhere. If any are collected in error, they will be returned on the next delivery.
When will my items be collected?
Items will be collected as soon as possible. Please contact our sales team for details on your specific item.
Is it possible to collect my return from a different address?
Yes, please inform our sales team when arranging the return.
I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

How can I pay?
Payments can be made by BACS, card (credit or debit), and cash.
