Support children in learning the 42 letter sounds with this set of 7 workbooks. The 24-page workbooks allow children to practise their skills alongside the relevant Finger Phonics book (sold separately). Starting with simple letter recognition in the early books, the series progressively introduces the skills children need such as blending, digraphs, spelling and joined-up writing. Strategies for tricky spellings and challenging puzzles for developing phonic skills are also provided. Each book contains a checklist which can be used to assess progress.

This pack of workbooks have been refreshed and updated for 2022. Key amendments as below:

• Alignment of the core teaching materials (specifically Pupil Book 1 and Step 1 of Jolly Phonics for the Whiteboard) so that they cover the same ground in the first term
• 15% new material, alongside fresh new cover artwork, action icons and some new and updated images 
• New dotted font for writing practice, alongside improved letter formation guides and sequencing of activities.
